Rental Space for Event / Programme

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Use of space is MANDATORY in relation to Innovation and Entrepreneurship activities.
2. Bookings must be made no later than THREE (3) working days before the date of use.
3. ‘Block-booking’ is required to check the availability of the space to be booked. This form must be filled out and submitted to Mr. Badrul / Mr. Marzuqi when ‘block-booking’ has been made and the desired space is available.
4. Users must confirm the booking THREE (3) days before the date of use.
5. Any changes to the space/equipment must be notified to Mr. Badrul / Mr. Marzuqi immediately.
6. Layout plans and tentative programs must be submitted together if necessary.
7. Activities without confirmation will not be processed.
8. Each application must be submitted with program paperwork that has been approved by HEPA and an application letter signed by the program advisor lecturer.
9. Approval of space use is subject to the priority of official University activities and
amendment/cancellation of approval is subject to the conditions and priority of the activity.
10. Bookings at other venues are subject to suitability and needs.
11. Users who have collaboration with UTMXCITE must provide a report (participant attendance list, collaboration form, before and after survey form, photos and videos) no later than THREE (3) days after the date of use for the purpose of rental reduction at the discretion of the Director of UTM XCITE.

Other items that can be rented:
– Flip Chart = RM10
– White Board = RM20
– Plastic Chair (PHB rental) = RM5
– Portable speaker & mic = RM50
– Long Table = RM5
