Student Mall and Student Union Building (SUB) are strategic initiatives of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) to support the development of entrepreneurship, co-curricular activities and social interaction of students on campus. Student Mall provides a physical business space that provides opportunities for students to start and manage their own businesses legally and competitively. Through this platform, students can manage real activites in all aspects of operations management, marketing, finance, customer service and business strategies, while building first-hand experience in the world of entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n

This initiatives strengthens the entrepreneurial and student development ecosystem at UTM, enabling students to hone practical skills, build social and professional networks, and produce graduates who are holistic, dynamic, entrepreneurial and competitive at the local and international levels.<\/p>\n

\u00a0TERMS AND CONDITIONS:<\/strong>
– Rental applications must be made at least three (3) months before starting a business.
– Applications must be made using the UTMXCITE application form: UTM Student Startup Registration Form<\/a>
– Applicants must be active UTM students and have a CGPA above 3.0.
– Applicants must register their business with UTMXCITE and\/or have a valid business license under the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM).
– Only applicants who are registered with UTMXCITE and have a valid company registration certificate are allowed to do business at Student Mall.

– Applicants who are eligible for consideration will be called for an interview session by an appointed panel on a date to be determined by the UTMXCITE secretariat.
– Only successful applicants will be given a business offer letter.<\/p>\n
